South Carolina Quislings to Circuit Court judge: eff off.  Oh, and password-protecting your site, people?  Really gutless move.

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matt. 6:21

Finally, something we all can agree on!

I’m guessing they have to password protect the site to control who can comment, because over at ENS the comments are running pretty much in favor of Dio SC and against TEC.

Want to bet on the password?
If it’s a name: Vickie Gene
If it’s a title: Queen
If it’s a dogma: None
If it’s historical: Carpetbaggers
If it’s a “truth for today”: Falsehood

But most likely, Popetta miniscula

I hope the CoE is watching what will become of them.

It appears that the sanitized website became too much of a liability. Heresy also becomes a liability …. but to a much greater degree.

Soliciting funds in the name of the Diocese of South Carolina when you’re NOT that body sounds fraudulent to me.

What is so sad about this is that in South Carolina, as in the other Episcopal dioceses which have withdrawn, the bishop and standing committee made no attempt to force parishes to stay with the diocese. They gave freedom to parishes to decide to remain with ECUSA. ECUSA has responded to this Christian attitude with lawsuits to take all the property away from people who disagree with them. It does not enhance ECUSA’s reputation among Christians.

Looks as if they are complying at this point.

It would seem to me that if the judge reviewed the material at the link which Don provides, a finding of contempt may well be issued against TEC. The terms Diocese, South Carolina, Episcopal, and Church are all used in ways which would lead a casual reader to assume the topic is indeed the Diocese of South Carolina. It’s very dangerous to play games with judges; they usually don’t look kindly on people who think they’re being clever by coming up with ways they think they can just keep on with business as usual.

It may be that KJS, Beers & Co. have gotten their heads over-filled with litigation about property ownership and hierarchies. There’s a huge difference between that kind of law and “corporate” law, which is much more defined and regulated by statute.

If Kellogg’s could manage to shut down [actually just renamed in the long run] Exxon’s little food shops at their gas stations because “Tiger Mart” was a threat to selling “Frosted Flakes”, TEC hasn’t got a prayer [pun intended] in this case.

Bill: TEC hasn’t got a prayer

That is our prayer. Amen again and again.

Maybe we could tease them into calling it the Har-bowl and get some really nasty litigators on their case.

So tired of hearing about the ill deeds of Shori, Obama and their cabal of lawless thugs and thieves – lawless in regard to God’s Law, the US Constitution/Bill of Rights, law of science, logic, reason and reality, wisdom and understanding of history and tradition and even the law of love, mercy and compassion. They rebel against it all in their insane clinging to what is futile, destructive and evil. Hate to be them when their chickens come home to roost..

You can bet your boots Shori and the SC Quislings weren’t at the March for Life – but can you guess who were there?

Metropolitan Jonah was a mover toward Orthodox involvement in the March. Fortunately, his successor is, as well.

Whitestone,

With regard to

“Shori, Obama and their cabal of lawless thugs and thieves (who) rebel against it all in their insane clinging to what is futile, destructive and evil“.

There is but one reasonable explanation:

Quem deus vult perdere, dementat prius.”

Actually not entirely. They still claim the same organization of Deanerys as the Diocese of SC. In fact that info is taken straight off the Diocese’s website. You can compare them and see that they are identical. Not good.
