Some time tomorrow, probably in the afternoon, this site will be down for an extended period.  Greg’s moving us to a new server so the MCJ will be unavailable for about 4 hours, give or take.  If anything needs to be blogged, I’ll post it at the back-up site:

and then post it back here later if it doesn’t suck too much.

I hate moving.

One of the most popular bumper stickers in this part of Texas:

YES, this is my truck, and
NO, I’m not helping you move!

Are you taking the gremlins with you?

And which of you, if a friend disappeared on a sabbath, would not send an Anglican Investigator to bring her back?

Certainly hope you end up without the gremlins… and with no elves.

CAPA also issued an announcement.

The Communique states their position in a clear and congenial manner. However, the document only stands with the standards of the Windsor Report and Lambeth resolution 1.10, which specifically prohibit ‘gays’ in the episcopate, but not in the priesthood.

The CoE has officially granted benefits to the partners of ‘gay’ ‘priests’ and TEO has many living against the clear teaching of Scripture.

If this is the standard and the mind of the AC and the GS, it is clearly unbiblical. This means that despite expelling the Indabans, and returning Trinity’s check, more of the same Anglican Fudge (An intoxicating and addicting mixture of Compromise, Denial and Deception, the Anglican special recipe that has produced theological and moral decadence and decline for over a century) has been produced, but now in the epicenter of the Global South, at CAPA in Uganda.
